About me
My is name Stav Herstein, I'm 25 years old, originally from Zichron Yaakov, and currently in my third year of studying Interior Design at Holon Institute of Technology (HIT).
I'm passionate about planning and finding creative solutions to design challenges.
As part of the Mathematical Design Lab , I led a project focused on designing multi-functional furniture addressing spatial limitations in small spaces. After two years of development in collaboration with the Industrial Design faculty and the faculty of Mathematics, I submitted the paper: "Transforming Polygonal Objects Into Multi-Functional Furniture from a Given Map", which was accepted for presentation at the Bridges Conference on Mathematics and Arts in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
